SHIPPING AND HANDLING

All items can be purchased on-line via our secure server. To access our server, visit any of our products pages and buy right from the page.

We strive to process your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed Monday through Friday (not including holidays) will be processed and shipped within 48 hours, although during times of high volume it may take a little longer.

Orders placed on the weekend will usually be shipped on Monday. If you need express shipping options please choose from our expedited service options and we will make sure your package gets out according to your request.

Orders that are successfully processed via our Secure Server are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground service, unless an expedited service is chosen.

Our Ground Service will deliver your package in two to five business days at the flate rate of $5.00 anywhere in the U.S.

If you prefer overnight or expedited service or shipment outside the U.S., please contact us at 1-877-BOXERWEAR for prices and options.

We are not able to ship to Post Office Boxes.

To avoid delayed deliveries and redelivery fees, please provide complete street addresses including suite numbers, company names (if applicable) and zip codes. In the event damage occurs during shipping please retain the packaging materials and contents as they will be required by the shipper. Shipping charges are not refundable except in the case of damage by the shipping company. Return shipping is the responsibility of the recipient/buyer. Credit will be issued when we upon our receipt of the item.

In the event a package is lost, damaged, or returned to us, we will gladly refund the cost (less shipping fees) at your request. Items tht are returned to us, either for lack of correct shipping address or recipient refusal can be re-shipped at extra shipping fees.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES:
We want you to completely satisfied with your garments and will strive to make your shopping at Boxerwear.biz as pleasurable as possible. You may return your purchase (new and with original packaging) at any time to the address listed below for an exchange in size, color, or for a return credit to the original card with which the item was purchased.

When returning item(s) to us, please use a carrier that can provide you tracking information and insurance for your protecton. Please include a note with your name, address, and phone number, along with a brief explanation of how we can assist you with your exchange or return.

We will gladly process your request as quickly as possible as soon as it is received.
